Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the IEEE digital library, CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks and Triple Occupancy 3/4 START hotel A/C accommodation with buffet Breakfast.

Only IEEE/ACEEE student members can avail the student deduction.

Co-Author Registration Fee (Additional Registration)

Co-author regitrstion is applicable for additional registration of a paper. If the co-authors of a paper is looking for additional registration above frees are applicable.

CD media of the Proceeding of the ITC 2010 International Coference is slated to publish by the Conference Publishing Services. All the presented papers will be archived in the IEEE Xplore and IEEE CS Digital Library, which will be submitted for indexing in IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI (ISTP), and other indexing services. All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the ITC proceedings, please note that NO hardcopy of the ITC 2010 proceedings is published.

Register as an IDES guest member and complete the ITC conference registration. Do not wait for the last day/week to complete the same, as we will not extend the date.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) electronics Copyright Transfer Form. Send your completed copyrights forms to the IEEE CPS Authors kit only.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission

You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard IEEE Double column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.

All papers must be submitted as PDF file format. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (PDF only) format through the easy chair conferences management system website or via email itc.paper AT theides.org

Step 4 - Registration
