Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the Springer Link digital library, the CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

Co-author regitrstion is applicable for additional registration of a paper. If the co-authors of a paper is looking for additional registration above frees are applicable.

All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the ITC proceedings, please note that NO hardcopy of the ITC proceedings is included.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Form, which is in PDF format and uploaded later in this space. Send your completed copyrights forms to the following email ID only itc.chair AT theides.org

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission

You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard LNCS format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.

All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format only (PDF is NOT accepted). The LNCS common template guidelines, available at WORD | PDF

All papers must be submitted as PDF file format. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (PDF only) format through the easy chair conferences management system website or via email itc.paper AT theides.org
